In honor of Tuscany we are happy to offer you a course of 2 to 40 people based on the culture of simplicity of Tuscany cuisine. With our Chef you will be able to learn all the original preparations of the main recipes. We offer you different types of Cooking Schools as shown below, which you can choose according to your tastes and needs

10.30 –Meeting with the Chef of Borgo di Cortefreda and visit to the Herbs Garden

10.45 – 12.45 – Let's start the cooking class! After the preparation of dishes at 13.00 – Aperitif with the chef

13.30 – Lunch with the Chef where you taste the dishes you prepared 14,45 – Delivery of the kitchen certificate by the Chef

- Soup with leeks and Pecorino cheese and/or Crostoni Black Cabbage and Colonnata Lard and/or Cauliflower Crostoni, Anchovies and Raisin

- Fresh pasta (tagliatelle e ravioli) with butter and sage sauce or with mushrooms or Tuscan ragù

- Cantuccini Almond biscuits
